I have a DVD of the TAMI concert in '65, but he's only one of many acts (sorta like a 60s teen choice concert) as well as one in Boston '68 right after Martin Luther King was shot and one from '79 "BodyHeat". His performances are amazing on those except the latter isn't very well shot and doesn't give us enough of a view of his feet. I found them as this rock video site whose address escapes me (I found Bodyheat on Amazon).
I'd actually be interested to know which other good ones there are out there, as well if there are some good ones of Parliament (I have one but it's from '81 and I've always wanted one of their legendary 70s shows), Hendrix, oh hell there's a ton of people I'm lookin for good concert DVDs of.

How I'd just love 2 watch a DVD from the early 70's
when he had Bootsy Collins on bass & Clyde Stubblefield/Jabo Starks on drums. That cd Love Power Peace is just 1 of the most electrifying live performances I've heard. /peace Manki
