Hendrix Live at Woodstock released on140 and 200 gram vinyl...

Experience Hendrix and Classic Records have teamed to commemorate the 35th Anniversary of Jimi Hendrix's historic performance at the Woodstock Music & Art Fair in August 1969. Available in two versions (colored 140-gram and audiophile grade 200-gram), this deluxe box set features three high-quality vinyl LPs, each newly remastered using an all-analog process from the original analog master tapes under the watchful eyes and ears of Eddie Kramer. This all-analog edition features an expanded 36-page booklet including additional photographs, an expanded essay and new interviews with Eddie Kramer, Mitch Mitchell, Billy Cox and others who help set the scene on that magical August morning.

smile Great, I can chuck away my worn out CD set. What a great show. Cox, Mitchell, Sultan, Lee & Valez - great line up. Way better than the Isle of Wight show.

Not really sure why this is a good thing.... neutral I'd rather have something that's not already out there....

I know you guys are into the vinyl thing,so Im not trying to rain on your parade...but ,if you can, school me as to why this release is better than the double CD...

...the medley that closes the show is all broken up too.... confused
