Is it just me?

On emule, I get nothing but queueing.
On soulseek, It hardly ever finds what I'm after.
On Kazaa Resurrection, It find almost nothing.
On Edonkey. It finds it but rarely completes a download.

Bit torrents I have no probelm with, they just don't have a lot of individual tracks on.

iTunes.

I refuse to use itunes in the UK. They are ripping the british off, overcharging compared to Europe and the US. They refuse to answer any media questions asking them why.

what's the price comparison? also, remember, that the EU and Microsoft are in a dispute over the latter's trading practices, so it could be retaliatory in nature.

They are charging the UK 79p per track. Thats $1.43 a track.

Their "arguement" is we are used to paying more for CDs, so we can pay more for tracks. They are going to be taken to court before they drop it.

I for one will never buy one of their overrated overpriced products again after this.

As for the EU disputes. They are only charging 1 euro a track to France and Germany, so its just the UK made to suffer.

Bye Bye apple.

That's more than enough reason to switch. But I buy most of my product in-store anyway, or otherwise use the new Napster service.

Napster are even worse. Unless you are willing to subscribe in the UK, the tracks are £1.09. Thats $1.92 a track!

In the Uk at least, buying the CD is far better value. Thats why I download for free, then pick what I like and go out and buy it.

Well , some ''hubs" (info about hubs under FAQ) you can connect to with 5 GB but mostly not , hell , sometimes you even need 60 or more .
That's the only disadvantage of the program i.m.o
