MADONNA LIKE A VIRGIN SURVIVOR *ROUND 1* Ok let's see if we can keep this running with Madonna's sophomore LP, "Like a Virgin." I just remember this being on of the most anticipated albums in the summer of '84.
So we're going to do the original 9-song track list (NOT the reissue with the two bonus extended dance mixes): 1. Material Girl 2. Angel 3. Like A Virgin 4. Over And Over 5. Love Don't Live Here Anymore 6. Dress You Up 7. Shoo-Bee-Doo 8. Pretender 9. Stay I remember upon first listen that I didn't like "Over and Over." I thought the drum machine sounds on this specific song sounded sooo cheesy! The song has never grown on me, so I'm voting it off. Let the rain come down...17 days.... | |

i think you're all crazy voting off "shoo bee doo" which may have a corny title but when it comes down to it it's a hot, dynamic track. i'd vote off "stay" before "shoo bee doo". | |
