Old school r&b battle of the day: Spinning Around vs Going in Cirlcles

Main Ingredient vs Friends of Distinction...two very great underrated slow jams... they just don't make them good like that anymore.

But my preference is Going In Circles. I dunno, the music and melody is just better.

most peeps don't even know Cuba Gooding Sr (yeah, the actor's dad) is/was the Main Ingredient's lead singer. sometimes he sings when they perform now, sometimes not. His other son Omar, has been on tv a lot (most recently on the GREAT espn show Playmakers).
They were mainly known for Everybody Plays the Fool and Just Don't Want to be Lonely (another great slow jam)

Omar was on wild and crazy kids on Nickelodeon bacin the late 80's early 90's
