I ran a thread on here awhile ago titled KISS/The Make Up Years. Ace Frehley was my first guitar hero, even before Hendrix. I got into KISS when I was 8 years old. It was because of Ace that I switched from playing lefthanded to right. My room was covered with KISS and Parliament posters, pics, etc. I belonged to the KISS Army from 8 years old to when I was 12. I've seen KISS 4 times in concert. The first being in 77. Dressing up as KISS for Halloween as a kid was automatic. I've done it a few times as an adult as well. Now, I always go as Paul, because he's the easiset to look like, largely because of my hair. As a kid, I always went as Peter. I've met Gene Simmons a few times over the years and I have a guitar pick that Ace handed to me from the stage at the House Of Blues on his solo tour. On KISS's Reunion Tour at The Forum, I was picked to be interviewed by Jay Leno in the hallways of The Forum to answer KISS questions mixed with world history questions. That was funny and very cool. It aired on The Tonight Show about 6 weeks later. Yeah, I'm a bigtime KISS fan, have been all my life.

Ahhhhh, wanna rock and roll all night.....and party every day.....

At the Farewell Tour Paul was hitched to a string that brought him out to audience in the air. He stopped just 10 seats away, damn I almost wanted to run and touch the man.
