'Tonight' with David Bowie is a beautiful song. They were shagging each other when he wrote it for her. Nice to see that Lulu will be able to afford her annual botox subscription with the inclusion of 'I Don't Wanna Fight'. I love Tina. When I was younger there were only four women's faces on my wall. Tina, Sherilyn Fenn, Madonna and Kim Basinger. They were all so iconic in their own way. All my other posters were Prince. Sherilyn Fenn is iconic - who knew?

You'll notice that there isn't much from the River Deep - Mountain High LP on there, and the whole thing is classic. the song is there, but you'd think with his current condition, he'd loosen up the reigns on that stuff to pay the lawyers.... I think so and I'm nearly sure Tina covered it ("It's A Man's World" was mostly covers from men) first. Not sure though. It might be a song written for Tina?

Lulu wrote "I Don't Want To Fight"? Little Lulu!? What's she been up to? Didn't she do a duet album not to long ago? Yeah - Lulu wrote 'I Don't Wanna Fight'. I think her last duet was with Ronan Keating. I guess Ronan Keating isn't that well-known outside of Europe but he was once metioned in the news at npgonlineltd.com because his song 'The Long Division' sounded a lot like 'Father's Song' from Purple Rain. Incidentaly.. Lulu and Ronan's duet was a cover of 'We've Got Tonight' - originally by Kenny Rogers & Sheena Easton whom have both, of course, been tapped by the purple stick. . You expect an artist to stick to the intrinsic promise of a Farewell Tour? yeah,I guess Cher really made a mockery of the whole "farewell tour" concept, didn't she? I think Phil Collins' recent tour was labeled as "his first farewell tour",or something like that, lol.

If Mick, Cher and others are still going, you best believe Tina'll be up there, too.
