Wow! It was insane! I don't usually go to Punk shows, but this was an outdoor event happening right across from city hall. So why not take advantage?

Anyways, it was pretty cool. The band sounded awsome (they even did "We Are The Champions" at the end ), and the lighting was off the chain.

Seeing as how Green Day is a Punk band (YES they are, naysayers), I was expecting the crowd to get a little out of control. And you better believe they did. There was violent moshing, crowd surfing (which is obviously dangerous), and just a major ruckus going on left to right. But it was pretty exciting, and I had a cool time!

Now, I just found out that they cancelled the free Tears For Fears show scheduled for tomorrow.

Green Day just rocks. Live they are amazing. I'll never forget the Woodstock 1994 show. Where was this show? Tears for Fears new album isn't that great but the new Green Day sounds great.
