I can't believe this isn't making the news. I found nothing on Google, maybe I'm just not searching right. I was listening to KFI AM 640 here in LA on Saturday night and they have this show called the "Crime Fighter". They discuss ongoing investigations of high profile crimes, unsolved crimes and other aspects of criminal investigations including interviews with detectives, forensic experts, prosecutors or other related individuals in the field of catching and prosecuting criminals.

They said that at the last hearing on this case, it was revealed that among the items that the defense is seeking to have suppressed are some pictures of young boys discovered in Michael's private office. One of the photos is of a boy in a bathtub either asleep or passed out with his underwear down to his ankles. Another picture is of a child in his underwear in MJs bed.

This doesn't sound good. I have been reluctant to come out against Michael Jackson because some of the points made on the possibility that these families are out for MJs money has given me hope that he's innocent, although that hope has always been very very slim in my mind. If this is true that they found these photos, is it possible any longer to defend MJ?

I feel bad that his childhood and his fame wrecked him. He had so much more potential than to be a circus freak show who cannot have healthy adult relationships

I must admit I am really sad almost distraught about all this with MJ. Not that I am that much of a fan, but we worshipped him, he was an institution. It really frightens me to think that he can appear monsterous. What is even scarier is that it seems that he believes what he allegedly "told" this child.

Anyway go to the website and read. I am not sure that I believe all of it, but reading this makes me understand why Gloria Allred is foaming at the mouth, when she talks about Mike and his kids and why all of a sudden Debbie Rowe is coming out of the woodwork wanting her kids. What about Blanket? who's going to take him?

That's a really good question, though. He hasn't revealed the indentity of that mother yet, so it would be interesting to see what happens if he's deemed an unfit parent. I hate thinking about this stuff. Makes me very sad for those children.

The best thing about this is that it's proof that MJ was set-up way before the mother even met MJ to extort money out of him. This case is virtually closed in my opinion. I know the "michael mystique" and yes he has been a spokesperson all over the world for children. But at what point do you turn over your child to him?

attention is great and coming from him is wonderful and like Jordy Chandler said it was Michael Jackson.. as a mother I love Prince but no way am I turning my kid over to him...no way.

the radio show also said that the mother was claiming that MJ and his "people", whoever they are, tried to pursuade her and her family to move to South America because there were killers who wanted to silence her and her son. This is where the part comes in where she was forced to stay at Neverland.

The defense wants the items found in MJs personal office to be thrown out because they say that the search warrant wasn't executed properly. It's amazing to me that the police could actually have incriminating pictures and because of a technicality they won't be admissable in court. It'll be interesting to see more details on this in the press.

I know that none of us were there, so we don't know what really happened with Michael and those boys, but in my opinion, where there's smoke there's fire. If I had any kids, you could guarantee that I wouldn't let them stay at "Uncle Michael's" house. And the fact that anyone did after the first charges back in the day, makes me question their fitness as parents.

Can anyone explain the issue with the violation of atty/client privilege? I mean does it matter whether or not D.A. Snedden "knew" that Miller worked for former atty Geragos? In order for a violation to have a occurred, is the "knowledge" issue a factor? Or is it not a violation at all because atty/client privilege involves direct communication between a client and his atty, so confiscating evidence from a P.I. working for atty. isn't really a violation? And what evidence was taken in the raid in question? Is it the same "picture" evidence that was taken without a warrent?

I haven't really been keeping up with the facts of the case or the issues being debated in the pre-hearings. But I feel like the rest of you: I pray to God that Michael is innocent. Things look pretty bad for sure, but I would be extremely upset if all of these allegations are true even though I'm not a huge Michael fan.

And on a final note, it's a shame that someone in his camp doesn't recognize that Michael has some emotional problems. I mean, considering his facial surgeries, he has some type of dysmorphic(?) disorder at the very least. Also, no one likes aging, but Michael just seems to be locked in to recapturing or never "growing out of" his childhood. He even defends having slumber parties with kids??? Please.... You would think someone in his camp would say Michael, you are too old to have sleepovers with 12-year-olds. Are they in denial or what??? There has got to be something more seriously wrong with him emotionally than just eccentric behavior. I feel really bad for him...
