Gary Glitter's Rock & Roll Pt. 2

Okay, I REALLY like this song. (One of, if not, my favorite stadium jam. I've heard it played at Shea when the Mets win--which isn't often.) Is it an instrumental? I mean, there are no real lyrics.

Rock & Roll, Pt. 2
Ba na na na... Hey! Ba na na.
Ba na na na... Hey! Ba na na.
Ba na na na... Hey! Ba na na.

Chakachaka chakachaka chaka...
(fans scream here: "Go team!" substituting
whichever team they are rooting for)

Repeat

And what ever happened to Pt. 1? confused

"The Hey Song" as I like to call it, is one of the most popular songs that's played at a lot of arenas and stadiums during games in many team sports, as far as I know. I don't pay attention to major league baseball anymore, but I've heard it at baseball games, basketball games, and football games.

If I watched Hockey barf I'd probably hear it there too.

Oh, I don't know, maybe if you hung out here instead...

You'd probably hear winning songs more often.
(along with New York, New York)

And what ever happened to Pt. 1? confused

Rock and roll, rock, rock and roll
Rock and roll, rock, rock and roll

Can you see where you call in the juke box hall
When the music played
And the world sang rounds to a pretty sound
No sorrow base

And them blue swede shoes, they will scream and shout
I guess they sing the blues, let it all hang out

Rock and ro-o-oll, rock and roll
Rock and ro-o-oll, rock and roll
Rock and ro-o-oll, rock and roll
Rock and roll, rock, rock and roll
Rock and roll, rock, rock and roll

Little Queenie popped in my high school rock
Dancin' to the beat
With the U.S. male and a pony tail
She looked so sweet

Times have changed in the past but we won't forget
Though the age has passed they'll be rockin' yet

Rock and ro-o-oll, rock and roll
Rock and ro-o-oll, rock and roll
Rock and ro-o-oll, rock and roll
Rock and roll, rock, rock and roll
Rock and roll, rock, rock and roll

(repeat ad infinitum)

Child molesterer or not, he was an original and made some wicked, funny party tracks.....no radio or video station in England will ever play him again now..... mad ! "Rock n roll christmas" or whatever it was called is a classic christmas song that has been missing since his child thing!

By the way, I thought only child porn was found on his computer, (which is still sick by the way!) but not actual molestering? Just wondering.....
