love hater by outkast(andre3000) is so like prince.

i love "love hater" on the love below cd of outkast. it sounds so much like a prince song. i know that people think that outkast is overrated but i beg to differ. the Aquemini cd is my favorite however. i also think that andre 3000 is more talented than big boi.

The one song that made me take Outkast seriously was "Liberation," a non- Love Below track. Damn, it's goooood.

their double cd is more commercial. if you check out their earlier cds i think you'd be pleasantly surprised. most of the good stuff on the earlier cds haven't been played or played very little on radio except for maybe one or two tracks per cd.

Love Hater may remind you of Prince, but it sure as hell does not sound like him.

Outkast has eclipsed public enemy and blackalicious as my favorite hip hop group. I don't think they've made a bad album yet. Yes Andre's "The Love Below" does recall prince but I think it sounds original too. One of my favorite Outkast songs was tagged onto their greatest hits album: Movin Cool (the after party)
