Jesus & Mary Chain - Automatic

Really digging this CD right now. I haven't listened to it in ages, i'd forgotten what a great record it is. Really takes me back to high school.

I love the complilation too!! When I first bought it, I don't think it left my discman for weeks.

As for Automatic, it is indeed great, but honey's Dead will always have a special place in my heart.

I need to repurchase a few JAMC albums. They were all stolen a while back.

While I LOVE Automatic, "Honey's Dead" has a stronger connection for me. It's all about the end of high school, lollapalooza, Sunday Night Dance Parties at 1st Ave and LSD. Ahhhh, good times smile

THIS is the pitiful response a JAMC thread gets in this joint. I tell you, I don't know what's wrong with people these days.

I used to love them back in the day. Someone gave me a tape of one of their albums back around 86-87 or something, but now I can't even remember what album it was. lol I just played it over and over again, never knowing the title or the names of the songs. boxed
