Many Bob Dylan songs are sad. If you are familiar with a Canadian band called "Blue Rodeo" you will agree that many of their songs are sad. There are just way too many songs that I think are sad, I can't begin to name them.

She Used To Be My Girl makes me sad, because when this song was out, my cousin, who was about 8 or 9 at the time, was murdered. I remember that song being played at the gathering after the funeral. Plus, she was her dad's only child, so I always associated that song with my favorite cousin.
