Destiny's Child comeback

I'm not the biggest DC fan but saw their performance on the Pepsi Billion thing . It wasn't bad. They all looked really good (Michelle was insanely hot) and it seems like there is an effort to make things more equal since Beyonce wasn't always singing lead and even stood to the side quite a bit. The new song seems to be more dance pop driven, which is surprising considering everything is hip hop and R&B now. What did everyone else think, diehard fans and haters (I'm more in the middle).

I liked their perfromance a lot. I was shocked at how much shine everybody else got. Michelle and Kelly did their thang, and of course Beyonce lol. It looks like thier whole comeback will be nice. I've always been a huge fan though.

I like the song and all but I should mention I have an idea it won't work. It seems like everything is going way to well for Beyonce and I have an idea this album might not do so well. Despite what people think, DC didn't just take a break after "Survivor". They released a remix album and a Chirstmas album in the same year, I think and I'm pretty sure both did kind of medicorely, even by the low standards that those albums are usually measured. They were seen for what they were, half hearted cash in attempts. And I think the very last single, "Nasty Girl", went nowhere (I rememeber MTV showing part of the video). Those things might have left a nasty taste in people's mouth but we'll have to wait and see.

Don't call it a comeback

Forreal, it was clear that Destiny's Child was always a unit, and even if one of them enjoyed more solo success, they had always planned to do more group efforts.

I heard their new single "Lose My Breath." Nothing spectacularly special. Another by-the-numbers Rodney Jerkins production with a trendy Southern marching band sound thrown in.

It wasn't the best thing I've heard but for Rodney Jerkins, it's not so bad considering it sounded like he lost on the MJ album.

They will do fine. Despite it all, they keep most people interested and the song is doind very well already so it looks like things will be good with them again.

I'm not a massive fan but I'm always interested to hear what Beyonce & the Girls have to offer. This ditty was not bad at all. Nothing new but it was refreshing to not have a hip-hop/sampled track with Beyonce shakin her thang all over the stage. They all looked great ...the song was fast and hot and the dancing was awesome too!

Welcome back DC!

Those 3 belong together no matter how independant and marketable Beyonce is.

ooo i wsa gon make a thread bout this..the song was nice but as ususal michelle sucked ( i hate her singin! to me she's mostly eye candy)...but did anyone notice beyonce was channelin britney big time? i mean when they showed them n their dressin room i immediately thought britney spears vmas the pole dance one...cuz her hair got light..she had on lighter make up and that suite..anyone else c that?

Michelle isn't the most attractive chick to me after seeing her up close a couple of years ago.....(I hate when I become a catty woman!) but I think this DC thing is to shut up the haters who were saying that DC was just a vehicle to get Beyonce out there....To be honest...I liked the four original girls better....that was a cute group....

Michelle lacks the stage presence of the other two and to me always looks out of place
