I like your list A LOT! And you get major props for mentioning Ebonee Webb. Thank you. Anyone who loves Prince should definately check out Ebonee Webb. They were produced by the Barkays' producer, Allen Jones. There is no affiliation with Prince but the voice and the synth sound is a dead ringer. The first time I heard "Something About You", I thought it was Prince. Their 1983 release, "Too Hot To Be Cool" is also a jam. Andy is a four letter word.

'Never Too Much' by Luther Vandross (probably his best album) Once again, you have great taste David Eye. I think "Never Too Much" is definately Luther's best album. It shows he can do funk also with jams like "Super Lady" and is worthy of being more than just being a balladeer. It's definately my favorite work by Luther as well as the work he did with Change. Andy is a four letter word.

The 'Never Too Much' album is superb, isn't it? There is one track here that really should have been a single---"You Stopped Loving Me".Man,that song just kills me!
