I heard this name so many times before, and I finally got to hear their music last night. MTV's Subterranean played their new video and it was surprisingly OFF THE HOOOOOKKKK!!!!!
These guys are a perfect example of the post-punk influenced sound that a lot of Alternative bands are doing these days. That video was groovy, lemme tell ya. I gotta get into these cats. NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE. | |

yeah i have their 'blank-waved arcade' and 'danse macabre' albums - (And have 'wet from birth' on order from amazon)
i think their music s really retro but funky as! all music guide said about danse macabre that if i had been released in 1982 there would have been six hit singles - i see where the reviewer is coming from but unlike other retro bands The Faint doesn't rely on a old style ... the production is modern and fresh | |
