As a Stevie bootleg was fading out, Prince screamed...

"Gimme That Record!!"
According to The Vault it was a bootleg version of "All I Do".

They don't exist, but a few months back DavidEye shared with us a list of his known unreleased songs.

It could be a 'bootleg' as a term used in DJ circles (no pun intended)...Usually, P-fans/collectors use the term bootleg in another way. I know for a fact that lots of 'rare tracks' are (re-)pressed on vinyl by indepedent companies (like a few hundreds of one title). For instance, I have 'bootleg' 12'es of Sexy Dancer, Lets Work, Controversy...I think it's the same case w/the Stevie record..just a recent-pressed white label thingy. But I am just suggesting, not saying it IS so...

Yes,I remember hearing it in the clubs around that time too. It's just "Do I Do" but with a modern dance beat.DJs actually do this to many old songs. In 1999,they did the same thing to Earth Wind and Fire's song "September",but that was an official release, not a bootleg.
