Alright everyone, I recently came across a old audio tape that contained songs I recorded off of the radio back in 1985. The very first song on the tape is started in the middle of the song but from the chorus, I think the title of the song could possibly be "Sunshine". It's a upbeat song and some of the lyrics are:

Sunshine....you got my head up in a twirl.....bringin' me....warmer times.....sweet sunshine. Sunshine.....IIIII know all the fun that we can have.....warmer times.....sweet sunshine.

It has a drum machine going and I do remember, it was a teenage boy singing and if I'm not mistaken, he only went by one name, like Jason or something. I also remember he was a R&B teen idol for a split second. I remember all of the girls in my Junior high school loved him.

I have the DJ talking after the song but she didn't mention who it was. I was a young buck when I recorded it off of the radio and didn't think I would keep the tape for as long as I have.

Anyway, can anyone possibly help me out with who this may be?
