Your favourite Gil Scott-Heron songs 
it's been a while since the last thread about the master of all dem story-tellers... and since I got myself an awesome Live DVD recently I thought it's a good time as any to start a new thread. here's a couple of tracks I put on heavy rotation once again over the last few days/weeks: Three Miles Down Re-Ron Winter In America The Bottle Blue Collar Johannesburg Alien (hold onto your dreams) Save The Children Washington D.C. The Revolution Will Not Be Televised Angel Dust [/b] the DVD is a 2002 release, a rather old concert from his vast European tour around 1990, official title: "Gil Scott Heron and his Amnesia Express - Tales Of Gil" but careful: my fave-track list from up above is NOT the DVD tracklisting, this is a bit shorter - sadly! Three miles down We almost lost Detroit Angel Dust Winter in America Johannesburg The Bottle (running time: 62 minutes) Vanglorious... this is protected by the red, the black, and the green.
