It's most likely done with one of the "Eye Candy" plug-ins. I don't remember the specific name of the plug-in instance but it's definitely recognizable.

i like the cover now, agree with anxiety about what a pop album should look like.

though at first i was hoping she'd come out with something more.....iconic perhaps. like madonna's pose on true blue or her like a prayer cover. something like that.

but the picture is still great.
