Help, Please. What does Lenny mean when he says "Mr. Cab Driver thinks we're all one-sixty-fivers?" Thanks.

The lyrics in Mr. Cab Driver go:

"Mr. Cab Driver passed me up with eyes of fire.
Mr. Cab Driver thinks we're all one-sixty-fivers.
Mr. Cab Driver fuck you i"m a survivor."


I love this song, and should know what that means, but I don't.

My guess is that it's related to some type of crime or police code???? ... suggesting that blacks are criminals ???


I don't know .

165 is police code for burglary in some places. "165ers" = robbers, burglars, theives.
