Loreena Mckennit Appreciation Thread

Aside from my boy Prince, I am very much a fan of Loreena. The first time I heard her music was in a film I saw on cable called Jade. It had the song witch had a Celtic/Indian vibe called "The Mystics Dream." I don't know if many of you are familar with her.

She is an Canadian artist who had a US hit with a song called "The Mummer's Dance." When any of you get a chance, you all should check out her albums. My personal favorite albums of hers are: The Book of Secrets, and The Mask & The Mirror.

Yes, I have her cd Book of Secrets. I got it as a promo. I haven't gotten much into her though. I really loved the Mummer's Dance, but the rest of the cd didn't do it for me. Maybe I should try a different one? Any suggestions? I do like Indian stuff a lot.

Other albums to try are the Mask and Mirror, Live in San Francisco. Her live album is cool because she does more Indian flavored tunes during her set.
