Minor details:
1. the judge and the accused were one and the same 2. the accuser was never heard in the case: not in person, not one of his representatives, not one of his doctors, ... I still don't believe most of what he said however. I guess he thought he could gain some sympathy with this thing. Hell, he prolly thought he was beeing manhandled if they treated him like any other prisoner. The sad thing is this whole thing started with his brother making these claims on some radio station and MJ somehow decided to go along. They should have produced the medical reports the next day or they should've shut up. "It's better 2 B hated 4 what U R than 2 B loved 4 what U R not."

No matter how many bold faced lies MJ tells his fans will always believe him.
Instead of wasting time with an investigation the police should have just looked at the source of the complaint & seen it wasn't valid. This complaint was coming from a proven liar. | |

A. No Formal Complaint was filed, Jackson just said his wrist were in pain and bruised from the hand cuffs, why? Cause he's Whiny Biznitch, so? thats his problem B. Since no formal Complain was Launched , why was an investigative report launched toward the police department? Because Sneddon asked for the investigation, Why? to make himself look good? possibly i dunno, to discredit Jackson? Bingo... C. This was all during the Nation Of Islam Mess so the validity of the claims where most likely Embelished D. What the F8ck does this have to do with the Molestation Case? N O T H I N G Point being that, this move was used to discredit the jackson camp and possibly tamper with the jury pool. Because The Majority of the people (whom think like Squig,no offence) will think "Hey he lied about the bruise he's probably lying about being innocent" because the Public is SOOOOO Naive Hell Jackson lies about a whollllle bunch of things? Remember 2 nose jobs? The Man isn't Jesus Christ (even though some frantic fans preach it so) But if your gonna Convict a man of Child molestation, YOU MUST HAVE Credible Evidence! MJ is a better role model for Naive SOB's than liars I just want to say that there's quite a big difference between telling a small lie in our own lives that has no real consequence and telling a public lie that opens up a 2500-hour investigation by the police. | |

Voices you know if there was No Formal Complaint Launched, their should have not been 2500 hour investigation... it was obviously not serious enough to launch a complaint Now i would understand if the Prosecution wanted to Prove the Defense Full of Shyt thats cool what ever helps you win the case but even so, this has no Relationship with the molestation case. None its entirely different let me add this if the Defense was involved in the investigation what makes it a Real investigation? its very easy to write up a document that you spent 2500 hours on an investigation? I never told a lie that had to be investigated. You cannot say it like that, because how many times have you spoken to the press? Anyone who says that they have never lied is the biggest lier in the world. We all lie, including celebrities (I am sure Prince has lied also many times) - they´re only humans! I am not saying it´s OK to lie, but that doesn´t make you criminal, because otherwise we all should be in jail. I also don´t understand why MJ said that and if it´s a lie, it´s really sad! But there´s always a reason behind those lies, and I wish I knew the reason in this case. You know guys, some think that MJ fans tend to apologize everything he does or says. But I am personally not doing that and I always seem to get the impression that people think that I do that. But what I do is only realizing that he is only human and he does a lot of mistakes like the rest. So I am only accepting him the way i accept everyone else - with their faults and shortcomings. On the other hand I feel that it´s actually the non-mjfans who seem to see him as something else than only human being, because all his faults are being critised more than any other one´s as if he didn´t have a right to do mistakes.
