All of the Latin freestyle artists of the late 80's and 90's....Asians in So. Cali were on some hardcore freestyle ish when I moved here in 87.

Samoans in Carson and Vallejo was lovin' them some Lisa Lisa & The Cult Jam (but wasn't she Puerto Rican)? Come to think of it Latin Freestyle was mainly a Puerto Rican phenomenon out on the East Coast.
