I have a feeling that Virus was too hard for the feel of the rest of the cd, which Simon has described as "Mamas and Papas meets Kraftwerk." I'm bummed that Salt in the Rainbow isn't in there.

pout

Still Breathing is a ballad that will rival Ordinary World.

This is for the new album right? With the original line up? I had heard abotu a new one (Pop Trash was the last one...right?). WHen is this to be released?

Not sure about the songs you are mentioning...where are they from?

Sorry, I have fallen off the Duran Duran horse after Thank you (Mezzadezzaland was pretty bad, so I stopped listening) I was hoping they would keep witht he momentum of the Wedding album (Which is my favorite...I need to hear that now.) but alas they just didn't.

Well, maybe "Virus" and SitR will wind up as B-sides?? OR, maybe they'll hurry up and do another album next year??? Here's hoping!!!

You aren't mistaken. Gilmour is on several of the tracks.

nod Medazzaland took some getting used to, but I quite like it. Pretty damned good, just a bit on the experimental side.
