Scandal! Britney Stuns a TV Journalist Just when you think Britney Spears can't possibly say or do anything more ridiculous or shocking than she's already done...Oops! She does it again. Her latest occurred during an interview with Simon Amstell of the British show "Popworld." He asked her: What is the last thing you had in your mouth. Her answer, which is far too randy for us to repeat here verbatim, was a sex toy. Amstell, who confessed he was shocked and surprised by Britney's blunt answer, told Britain's Mirror newspaper, "I was doing this interview with Britney, and I had my usual set of silly questions. I thought her answer would be something like chicken escalope." But he revealed: "Anyway, her people stepped in and cut that bit out." It's because of slip-ups like this that fans are petitioning MTV to replace Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey with Britney and fiancé Kevin Federline as the newlyweds they want to watch on reality television. Although rumor has it that the two were "in talks" with MTV, the network denies it, reports PEOPLE Daily. But that hasn't stopped a grassroots campaign by fans who are signing petitions to get Brit and Kev on camera--up close and personal now that Jess and Nick say they're getting tired of being MTV's "Newlyweds."
