Who has heard this album? Came out in '94 on Somethin' Else Records/Metro Blue label.

It's one of the best compilation albums I've heard in dedication to Prince's music.
Belden does a great job in allowing the artists to do the Prince songs they wanted to do in the way they wanted to do them.

Havn't heard it but it sounds cool. I like a lot of the artists. I'll look for it!

I got that CD (It's Purple with a white feather on the front).

It's a good translation of his music, but not something U'd play over and over like a Prince CD.

For what it's worth: There's a similar volume for the music of STING

I've seen this cd before, and for the life of me I can't figure out why they'd want to re-interpret Arms of Orion. Aack!
