They were hot during the 70's and 80's and had a lot of hit songs, including "Automatic", "Come and Get It", "He's So Shy", "I'm So Excited", "Jump (For My Love)", "Neutron Dance", "Should I Do It", and "Slow Hand". I still enjoy listening to their music even today, they had some very catchy, danceable songs.

The first time I heard of them they had a 40's-type sound. They were singing songs like "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" and dressing the part too. (Think: Black Andrews Sisters.) Their harmonies were really nice. Then they switched, I don't know when, late 70's early 80's? And they were pretty hot. I like "Automatic" and "Baby Come and Get It."

I like their song "Yes we can can" Does anybody remember that song? I also like that song from "Car Wash".."You gotta believe (in somethin why not believe in me)". That was the cut!!

I loved the Pointer Sisters!!! They were phenomenal and still are!!! They could saaang any style of music, (I bet even opera!!!!), and set the place on fire. They play Vegas a lot. They're too classy for today's junk. My prayers are with June ( I hope she successfully recovers) I think Anita's daughter (June's niece is taking her place). I wonder why Bonnie never returned to the group.

The Pointer Sisters are doing Vegas now? Would love to catch a show, but Vegas is kinda far from where I live.

Automatic is a great one that also sounds very Prince-y to me. How Long (Betcha Got a Chick on the Side) is another great one. I always liked June's crazy teefs.
