I had to cut Chuck Berry from mine (because I followed the rules you know) biggrin

and I am just beginning to get into Willie Dixon and B.B. King, so they'll have to wait until next time I suppose.

Prince will forever be at the top of the list. Nobody is better than him, IMO.

As for the others (no, I won't post pics either for your convenience):

1. The Clash
2. Talking Heads
3. The Beatles
4. The Specials
5. The Smiths
6. Gang of Four
7. ABC
8. The B-52's
9. Red Hot Chili Peppers
10.The Pop Group
11. Morris Day & The Time

16. The English Beat
17. New Edition
18. Bow Wow Wow
19. The Human League
20. The Jam

An honorable mention goes out to Pylon. They're a great band. big grin

Now, you see, I cheated. I wrote 22 instead of 20. So, I am going to exclude Prince from the rest because he's on a much bigger plateau than any of those other artists anyway. mr.green

Just see them appear on other people's lists.

If you ask me tomorrow I come up with an entire different list.

I had to ommit Andrea Parker from mine. I see some folks in other people's lists I adore.
