Cut the Crap--The Clash I always heard this album sucked, but I never quite believed it, so I bought it when Strummer died. It's not embarrassing like Hulk Hogan, but it is bad.
Sex & Religion---Vai After Passion & Warfare I was really looking forward to this, and I think it's one of the cheesiest collections of incredible music I've ever heard. Also bought singles of Rappin Duke, Parents Just Don't Understand, & We Don't Have To Take Our Clothes Off. Check this song out at:

There's someone on here that thinks she's hot. He admitted it on the "crush" thread. [This message was edited Tue Aug 17 14:17:05 2004 by minneapolisgenius] "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

I guess it doesn't matter since they DID get together. They've never seemed to be on bad enough terms to break up. JPJ on the other hand... Yeah, it was called No Quarter: Unledded.... I guess they never asked JPJ to join them. I've heard (and maybe you know more about this than I do) that one of them said something like, "If we asked Jonesy back, it would be like trying to re-create Led Zeppelin again. There's no way that could ever happen without Bonzo...." or something like that. That's what Plant said. But I guess it depends on who he thought was more important in hooking up with, so he hooked up with Page. Jones felt slighted because he wasn't even told about it. This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes.

Hey, come on, "Beach Patrol" is kind of catchy...and doesn't "Hulksters in Heaven" just put a tear in your eye? We'll tag up again.... "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

You're the one that bought that Coverdale/Page album! I owned that one. And proudly at the time... I'd have to say Jagger's "She's the Boss." That thing STINKS!!!!! "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

I think it might still be on Amazon, last time I checked it had a 5 star rating. Those must've been some die hard Hogan Fans. It's far worse than Macho Man's attempt. hey i didn't say i expect it to be any good...but it's something bizaare & fun to add to my music collection, like marilyn manson air-freshner (i kid u not) or a sting bakeform (seriously, who comes up with this stuff???) [This message was edited Tue Aug 17 16:19:06 2004 by kev1n] It was not in vain...it was in Minneapolis!

Overall, I do recall liking it. It's certainly not Zep, but it's way better than Whitesnake (or Coverdale-era Deep Purple). It has its moments, worth getting for Page fans. But don't get your hopes up too much. "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"
