Mariah Carey, became the feminine singer who has sold more albums in the history of music, as soon as the ex-director of Sony, Tommy Mottola, discovered her great artistic talent. As manager and promoter, Mottola lay down millons of dollars with the privileged voice of his ex- wife, nevertheless, with Thalía, his present wife, the same formula has not worked informed a publication into Magazine FAMA.
Tommy is being in the total ruin because of Thalía, since she failed with her disc, mark of clothes, lenses, chocolates and now with the magazine.
Mariah and Tommy
Before being a famous musical artist, Mariah was a poor girl of the Bronx in New York, who sometimes worked in a bar and at other time as a singer. Tommy Mottola felt her talent and produced her first album.

Also the singer had a presentation in the National Audience of the city of Mexico and the tickets were not sold in their totality, they sold only half of the entrances.
It doesn't worked neither with the line of clothes nor chocolates nor the magazine and much the less with the new record production of her “Grandes éxitos”.
As far as her line of clothes and accessories, this publication affirmed that they had to make supplies to be able to remove that merchandise, trying that the losses were not so dramatic. Her new album, the sales of her chocolates are flops and what to say of the magazine “Thalía”, which was another commercial failure, because apparently, it will leave the market in two or three issues.
Some speculate that Thalía has taken her husband to bankruptcy.

I was wondering what had happened to Thalia. I just saw a ad for her new clothing line in the current issue of US Weekly, and it's already a failure. Wow, that's sad.

You don't have to marry them, Tommy. Just hire them for the night.

That is a big,BIG insult to Mrs Thalia Sodi

She was a Goddess in South America, in some European and easttern countries AGES before she married Motolla. It's only her new album that's bad.

And she kicks Mariah's ass. Listen to Arrasando, Amor A La Mexicana and especially A Quien Le Importa and you'll not be able to resist but buy her albums.

The singing thing came with Arrasando... But it wasn't that much either.

She's more famous within the gay circuit.

Maybe in other countries of South America or in Central America...

well, amor a la mexicana album(which was before arrasando and before tommy) was a huge hit in eastern europe, middle east, japan etc. and title track is still being played here. the single sold some 4 millions worldwide

Dont understand the lyrics myself but the melody and the production kicks ass. u know the song?

and as for soap operas, as far as i know she was a singer, but then took roles for popularity. and she did became famous. she has a goddamn statue of herself at a park in Mexico

Moving right along, I loved Mariah's voice when she broke onto the scene.
She's one of those artists where you just kinda shake your head.
IMO, she's got a gift that's just been squandered away on sub-par material.
