Even if he does go to jail i can't stop listening to his music and watching his music videos. I guess a part of me believes he is innocent.
However, if he did do it he has to go to jail because he has no right to touch little boys in a sexual fashion.
I do think however, the mother should get in crap too because MJ was accused in the past of sexually molesting a young boy so why would she allow her own kid to sleep with MJ? No matter how close i felt i was to MJ, i would never allow him to sleep with my children.

Did you read the police reports from 1993 on the smoking gun? Apparently the boy was enjoying it cause it said MJ masturbated him to climax. If i was 13, i think i would at least try to get away and there would be no way the perveted hand of MJ would even give me an erection.

"Will Micheal Jackson go to jail?" I don't know about Micheal, but I know R. Kelly is, because he can't pay off the courts. His case is a Federal or State trial (can't remember which), not a lawsuit like Micheal's, unless the allegations against MJ are now a Federal or State trial. I don't know. I've stopped following the MJ trial. I'll wait for the verdict. Ughh, R. Kelly. Sick Bastard! I hope his ass rots in prison. If I see evidence that Micheal did it, he deserves to rot in jail to, even though I still loves me some "I Wanna Rock Wit You" and "Remember The Time". They can throw all those child-molesting Catholic priests in jail with them while they're at it. Men of God, my ass.

I think, no. coz i believe he will not just be found not guilty but i think he will also 'prove' his innocence...

but ofcourse there will still be millions calling him molester . he can't escape from it. When they found a secret room(or whatever that shit was) in his house it was all over the news. but when it was found that MJ was out the city in the so called molestation dates prosecution provided, nobody heard it neutral

The recent (starting with the search of his home in November 2003) legal problems for MJ are criminal charges that will be tried in state court, they are NOT and never were a civil lawsuit seeking damages. He has been indicted on several charges by a grand jury. The trial had been expected this September, but now it looks like it will be put off until early 2005 (both sides want/need more time to prepare).

The main battle cry of MJ's defenders, as soon as the story broke last November, was that this was "just another extortion attempt" by someone trying to get rich off MJ. To date, the family has not filed suit seeking damages from MJ. However, the criminal case against him appears to still be going strong...

As for R Kelly, last thing I heard (quite awhle ago) was that the charges against him were dropped.
