Just read today that David Palmer, the former arranger and keyboard player for the 70's band Jethro Tull, had a sex change operation. He had the operation back in January, and is now known as "Dee". Palmer said that he was aware of gender confusion as a child, but only decided to make the switch after his wife died (he's now 67 years old). Pretty wild, huh? They have a picture of David before he had the sexchange operation and after. I would never do it, but whatever floats your boat, I guess.
