From his album "New Boss Guitar" the song "Shadow Dancers". It really shocked me that Prince just ripped this off to such the degree that he did but how can you blame him, it's AMAZING. | |

Here's a player that can go from the Beatle's "I Want To Hold Your Hand" to Kool and the Gang's "Let The Music Take Your Mind" to John Lewis's "Django" and have it all sound cool without being corny.
Since i'm a pushover for organ combo material anyway, he could play Three Blind Mice in that setting and i'd be alright with it. If you're a guitarist that's trying to learn how to "bop the funk" out of your solos, outside of early Benson, take your orders from General Grant. tA  Tribal Disorder
