Avalanches Anyone else loving this album? It doesn't let up - and any album with samples from a John Waters movie has GOT to be a good time.

It's a band, I guess...(the entire album, which is more of a danceable sound collage than a proper "album" made up of individual songs, is completely made up of samples - I think I read there are over 700 samples)...the name of the album is "Since I Left You", and I've been seeing it in the wrecka stows for cheep. Definitely give it a spin - it's a good time - kind of in the same vein as Daft Punk or Basement Jaxx, only a bit more mellow. | |
