sNoW pAtRoL Awesomeness.
Go buy it! and if u like this, check out Gary Lightbody's other fantastic band ('The Reindeer Section') who are equally brilliant. Not one single weak track on it. AT ALL. So far, along with George Michael's 'Patience', it's my fave release of the year. Buy it - The end.

I didnt care much 4 these guys ,thought they were a bit of a new coldplay kinda crap. But on hearing spitting games ,pure class,I heard them at festivals in the U.K. and my opinion changed but perhaps not enough to take it further ,I may give them a further listen on your recomendation.

I saw them supporting the Pixies earlier this month. They started off real cool, sometimes reminded me of a heavier Pavement. Though, after a few songs it got tired, all songs seemed to sound alike.....

Hey I had that same experience! I wish we were gay and could complain about it in a very loud voice and repeat our whining!

I actually came very close to buying this album today, but I wavered and went with a couple of discount-priced classics at the last moment. I didn't know there was any connection to the reindeer section. Hearing that there is makes me less eager to check this out as I didn't think highly of Y'all Get Scared Now - it had it's moments, certainly, but overall I was a little underwhelmed.

I've been thinking of getting this. Keane has been a fave this year, and these guys don't sound a million miles. I'll get it this week, coz I know you have taste!
Will it make my fave album list of the year though? Prince, Morrissey, Lenny Kravitz, Keane & George!? .
