Radiohead & Coldplay.
OutKast, The White Stripes and The Strokes have had their moments but they're way overrated in my opinion. No one else has struck me as anything truly great yet this decade.

Lots of good choices in there. Franz Ferdinand, Missy, Outkast, Strokes, etc.
