Confirmed, but he's planning on re-releasing it to the states later this year. http://www.domerecords.co...ahsaan.htm

I really like it and would rate it as his best work to date. Personally, I see it as a musical progression for Rahsaan. I especially like the Van Hunt produced tracks. There are three back to back ("Burnin'," "Loving You" and "The Best"). As a matter of fact, you can listen to tracks 4-7 (7 being a Jamey Jaz and Rahsaan-produced track) without skipping. The one thing I really dig about this album is that Rahsaan uses his lower register more and it works well for him. He's still got that high-ass tenor going, but on a few songs he doubles up the vocals and does one in a mid-range and the other in a high-range.

I'm stuck on "The Best" and can't take it off repeat. This is no doubt his most solid album. Defintely glad to see John "Jubu" Smith on this

In addition to those tracks, I'm diggin' "April's Kiss", "You Make Life So Good "and the bonus cut, "Straighten It Out" " I've got six things on my mind --you're no longer one of them." - Paddy McAloon, Prefab Sprout

You can tell Rahsaan went back to the church for his background vocal arrangements on this track (esp. during the bridge )

Told ya! That's probably "the best" track on that whole CD! I really like it.
