I like this song as well as "you are my melody". Jam & Lewis were producing classics before they hooked up with Janet.

...I thought we DID talk about that jam ... " I've got six things on my mind --you're no longer one of them." - Paddy McAloon, Prefab Sprout

I absolutely love this song. Especially the long version. Andy is a four letter word.

its called "Paradise" and i mentioned that BTW , does it sound to anyone else as though Wendy and Lisa lifted the rhythm from"Paradise" for "Honeymoon Express" " I've got six things on my mind --you're no longer one of them." - Paddy McAloon, Prefab Sprout

Change of Heart is definitely a good one! Like TheRealFiness mentioned, Paradise is another great one. I'm actually partial to Paradise, but they're both great cuts! [This message was edited Sat Jul 24 19:18:28 2004 by RipHer2Shreds]

If you like that Jam & Lewis production, hunt down "You Used To Hold Me So Tight" by Thelma Houston. It was released about the same time "Change Of Heart" came out, and it slams just as hard!

Pick up the Best of Change. Did ya know that Luther sung on a couple of songs? That would be Luther Vandross. I will do today what you won't, so tomorrow I can do what you can't.

Oh yes, I don't care for much or Luther's solo work except for the first few albums, but I love the work he did as a producer. He even sang on some of Change's songs. I remember he worked with the BB&Q Band if anyone remembers them, that was a funky group. In the early days, Luther was funky. From the field I work in I have several autographs, I treasure Luther's the most. Andy is a four letter word.
