Dont worry guys, but dont give up, I had the same issue in Atlanta getting tickets and it actually took 3 hours to get them finally. Its due to the overflow of people trying to get them at the same time. The server just cant handle it. They will make sure that everybody that wants a presale ticket gets one. Keep at it. =============================================

Same here. About an hour ago I was getting all the way through to the checkout page and selecting the shipping method (?) but since 12pm ET not a damn thing. I emailed at around that time also but still no reply. I'm just glad I'm not at work as I wouldn't be able to spend this amount of time doing this. Fingers crossed. If anybody gets through, please let us know. | |

I dont know about that. All I know is that we were told that the ATL shows would have 15 rows blocked off and more if needed. By the time it was all over, we heard thru the grapevine that they only needed 6 rows for both nights. Lucky for us, I guess =============================================

i THINK i got mine..
after about 20 minutes of trying in 5 browser windows at once, i finally got to this confirmation: THANK U Ur Order Confirmation Number is: ##### i had my history folder open in the side of each browser, so i could try every page in the process that i had gotten to previously, instead of starting over each time. i first got thru about 15 minutes before 11AM, i think they messed up and put it live too soon. The first time i tried to fill it out they were charging for shipping, a few minutes later that was changed. hope you all get through too! personally i won't too confident of anything until i am actually sitting in my seat, lol. Yes, 3 hours was ridiculous, and very frustrating, just to try to get tickets not knowing if U are ever gonna get them. But thankfully it all worked out. =============================================

Be careful, however, since U are trying to re-enter your CC# several times before actually getting a confirmation, check your account. I was actually double charged and I only bought one ticket. If this happens, just email them and let them check it on their end. Fortunately, they found the error and the money was put back in my account within a few days. Just a word of warning. Have fun. =============================================

I just got through on the NPG Site and the tickets for the NY show are $150 dollars each!
This ontop of the $100 I've paid for premium membership! I will be missing this show .... Its just too much money for one nights entertainment - However good Prince is ... I've never paid this much for one show .... How does everyone else feel about this? | |

First of all...still can't get through...2nd: I paid a scalper $225 for 3rd row at Radio City in 1993 so $150 for a soundcheck, possible 1st or 2nd row, 3hour concert, possible after party..hell I would spend 150 on a nice dinner! And I'm a workin' stiff, I am not rich by any means. Purplehead | |

ok - i got through - entered my credit card info and clicked - the next page says: 'Ur order has already been processed". Did anyone else receive this message? Although I've been trying to buy tickets since 11.00am, I only was able to enter my credit card info on my last try - so how can my order have already been processed? Any ideas anyone? Please? | |
