i don't have any of her cd's but, i've been obsessed with the song Essence for the past week. i have it on a lost highway music sampler and just have it on repeat for days now. i've heard the Essence cd before and car wheels on a gravel road but, both have been a while back. could i get some reviews of her work please.

Essence is an amazing track, but I was disappointed w/ the album as a whole. it's very very mellow, but still has some good tracks. But it's nothing compared to Car Wheels on a Gravel Road, which is one of my all-time favorite records. It truly deserves all the hype it got when it came out. Lake Charles and 2 Kool 2 B 4-Gotten, in particular, are amazing. Definitely recommended.
