My favorite Sweet song is "Love Is Like Oxygen"...the album version, not the single version. I still need to buy a compilation with the long version but I don't which one has it. This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes. | |

"oxygen" is the shit, man...there was this one radio station in my hometown that would always play the long version. Now THAT'S what I'm talkin about! They used to play the long version on one of the Classic Rock stations in my area, but since Clear Channel took over the airwaves....

Yeah, I love The Sweet. I have all of their albums man. This cut inspired the song "Time Warp" from The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Don't know if u r hip to that, but that's a great soundtrack from that movie. Anyway, as far as The Sweet, "Lady Starlight" is the shit. Very T-Rex. That's my boy too, Marc Bolan.
