The theme to the live action Spider MAn tv show was funky, and I agree with psyco soul, The Electric company theme song was pretty tite. | |

This one was called simply "The Inspector" I think it was a spinoff of The Pink Panther because it featured a similar little short guy with a French accent. It was also grouped with a cartoon called The Ant and the Aardvark. 
Oh man, I'm about to get embarrassed. This makes 3 kids shows nobody remembers but me: The Inspector, The Ant and the Aardvark and Gigglesnort Hotel
