Todd recently mentioned that he was a big fan of the OJays song, "for the Love of Money" and was trying to get that kind of sound in on one of his songs a few years back...Only to find out later that the original engineer at Philadelphia International was basing the effects on "For The Love Of Money" from a Nazz tune that he'd heard! That tune was probably Open My Eyes (heavily phased) from the 1st Nazz album. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...rmusic.htm "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

I had never heard any Todd Rundgren (other than "Can We Still Be Friends"), but my supervisor told me that my music reminded him of Todd's. I bought the "Liars" CD and I love it, though it's probably very different from his other work. Any suggestions on favorite albums of his that I should check out?
