Those Eurythmics remasters will probably never come out. They've been delayed like 2 years now, with multiple release dates announced.

I cant wait for the new Foo, they usually take much longer between albums, like 3 or so years. I didn't see Garbage on this list, but their web site mentions a new album (complete with track listing) as well.

The only ones I'm absolutely sure about getting are: Backstreet Boys, Duran Duran and Robbie Williams. Spice Girls might be a possibility, as are the remastered Eurythmics albums, Sheryl Crow, Kylie Minogue, Franz Ferdinand, Foo Fighters, Madonna U2 and Shakira. Simple Minds is also coming out with a new album this fall.

they just did a concert here (Atlanta) last week. There was this article/interview on them in the paper last week, but I can't find it. "Pedro offers you his protection."

Mentioning the Backstreet Boys in the same paragraph with Duran, U2 and the Foos is a sin. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)

Dr. Dre's Detox was scrapped. He's already given away most of the tracks to 50 Teeth and Busta Rhymes new albums.

I don't know how much faith I have in that list. After all. "Chinese Democracy"... I'm sure a big number of them are true. I think I'm most looking forward to a new Madonna album.

N E W R E L E A S E S Paula Abdul - TBA (mid 2005) i'll believe this when i see it. every 2 years since early 1997, i've heard rumors and gotten my hopes up, only to have them dashed time and again. do you think anyone will care for PAula ABdul's "comeback" album? Just curious...
if she releases a record she is going to get so bashed for her lack of vocal talent and critics will wonder how she got HER the job as an AMerican Idol judge...I think it's a career death move! Unless of course, she is taking voice lessons like Madonna did for Evita...we all know how that turned out... something in your eyes is making such a fool of me....

Of course the critics will bash Paula, but anything she realeases I'll buy. I love her shes great!! I still bump Spellbound, and Forever Your Girl! Did you order a pizza ma'am? Prince- UTCM

Dr Dre has scrapped plans to record the Detox album and is instead going to concentrate more on getting his label in order. Also wants to concentrate on Eve and Busta Rymes who are now on the Aftermath limprint. He plans to have them both have albums out this year and then have a big tour in early 2005. Said he is just going to produce... Love God and I shall 4ever Love u

Arrested Development - Among the Trees (Autumn)
Besides Bjork and maybe Radiohead, I think Im most interested in Arrested Development, I really dug there second album Zingalamaduni, it was very slept on and underrated. [This message was edited Tue Jul 13 10:46:30 2004 by Meloh9]
