Anyone going to Slane ? Tons of tickets still available!

It's quite odd really, this is the slowest selling Slane concert since they started over twenty years ago, Slane usually sells out within a couple of weeks. Even odder is that it's Madge's first ever concert in Ireland, I'm really surprised that it didn't sell out in a matter of minutes. Of course, the fact that it's on a Sunday means lots of people would have to take Monday off work/school/life in order to go, which is no doubt affecting ticket sales.

I'm not a huge Madge fan, have some but not all her albums, but I'm really seriously considering getting some tickets. Having read some reviews on here of her stateside performances, she looks to be putting on a show that's really worth seeing. That and the fact that the tickets are a mere €88 (well, actually I don't consider €88 to be 'mere', but it's a lot merer than the hundreds of $ the poor Americans are having to pay).

It's a nice and somewhat unusual (for these days) position to be in to be able to consider over a matter of weeks whether or not to buy tickets for a concert, instead of the usual didn't manage to get to 'transaction complete' within the first 3 seconds of the tickets going on sale and now it's sold out scenario.
