THIS JUST IN FROM ACCESS HOLLYWOOD
Christopher CoShea A.K.A. blackguitaristz of the funk rock band The Verge was last seen in Sherman Oaks, Ca. going into a movie theatre with two women. Witnesses said that it was a midnight showing of a double header of "The Rocky Horror Show" and "Superfly". Reports said that blackguitaristz was wearing a hooded monk robe and was still carrying a flying V guitar. We here at Access is still trying to determine what race the two women were. One witness said "It was dark, so I couldn't tell. I'm sorry... I just..couldn't tell. I know that's important information." SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."

SPECIAL BULLETIN
The BandBuilder says "I've had it..." The Bandbuilder, mastermind behind the aborted takeoffs of rock groups The Verge and Mocha, has been taken to an undisclosed L.A. hospital. It appears that the band antics over the past week have him on "the verge" of a nervous breakdown. According to his personal assistant "I don't know what happened. He was on the phone with Mochalox and he just collapsed." In the most recent band developments... okaypimpn: ~Checked into rehab ~Alleged Trick Turner and Crave projects blackguitaristz: ~Trespassing on the Hendrix gravesite ~General bizarre public behavior Meloh9: ~Rumored to have sitcom with okaypimpn (idea was probably hatched while both were in rehab) ~Solo album underway paligap: ~Has threatened "TAKE 2" regarding B&E on celebrity residence mochalox: ~Initiated "Mile-High" incident with Meloh9 involving body fluids. ~Marijuana charges dropped (authorities discovered Mochalox had suffered a "beat" with common oregano) The cummulative effects of all this is probably what has driven The BandBuilder to his current mental state. Especially the Mocha situation which was the project closest to his heart. "This woman, Mochalox, flashed me in a pubic place...I mean...on a public forum. Now i'm no prude but that was just rude. I've had it with all this foolishness. My ambition was to be a successful rock-impresario not some circus ringleader." said BandBuilder. A reliable source has informed us that BandBuilder is seriously considering resurrecting his axe and personally takin' it to the stage with a new protege. Who's the new protege? At this point we only have the initials mg. What about the members of The Verge? "You know, I still dig the fellas. They were the real deal. I just can't hang right now." And the future of Mocha? After a long silence, "We'll have to see about my involvement. She's got my number." Could this be the end? tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...rmusic.htm "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

.....I'm sitting here, munching through a giant bowl of Cheerios, and upon reflection, I've decided against devoting my life to Grand Larceny...I certainly hope there are no hard feelings between myself , Mr Wonder, and any or all real or imaginary members of the Verge/Verve/Vernal Equinox, or any other real or hallucinatory groups I may or may not be a part of---If any real or imaginary people are still a part of said group(s)(?), I am ready to carry on...and if not, Cool, I can get into something else...I dunno, caligraphy or somethin'....
....besides, now Bandbuilder's in rehab, tryin to get his head straight,an psykosoul's in the corner smokin' cigarettes...an that just ain't the way things are supposed to be.... SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM OKAYPIMPN AT AN UNDISCLOSED LOCATION
I want to first give all praises and thanks to God, for without him I would be nothing...none of us would. Secondly, I would just like to encourage all of my fans to continue praying for me and my fellow bandmates as we're going through some trying times right now. Things aren't great, but they're getting better. I would also like to say that despite whatever you've heard in the media, it ain't all true...okay, well some of it is, but that's not the point. The point is, I love all of my bandmates and wish them well in whatever they do. To Bandbuilder, despite what anyone says, you're still my dog and it's all good. Let's goin' head and get this paper. To Meloh, I love you man, we can make it though this...I KNOW WE CAN! Paligap, what can I say, brother...I never knew you'd take that "Stevie breaking and entering" joke to heart...cocaine's a hell of a drug! blackguitaristz others may not understand you, but I feel you completely. I did the same thing over Sam Cooke. And last but not least, Mochalox, my lover, friend, confidant, Bonnie to my Clyde...you've been with me through the good and bad and I hope we can continue what was once a beautiful thang. Once again, to everyone who believed and believes in The Verge I love you. Big Daddy Gets All My Money is coming really soon, with the debut single "Pole Slider" jumpin' off in late August/early September. Keep it pimpn, pimpn. One. Tonight on AccessHollywood: It was rumored that the cancelled Jill Scott concert in Atlanta's Centennial Park Thursday night was caused by an altercation between the poet/singer and frontwoman, Mochalox of the up-and-coming all girl band, Mocha. Scott allegedly made remarks about doing some future work with Mocha's father band The Verge, and Mochalox allegedly grabbed Scott's afro-puff and attempted to take down the artist. The two were seen scuffling and Funk Mistress and Harlepolis pulled the two off of each other. No word on Miss Scott's condition, but it was reported that she was seen limping away from the park. The spokesman for Mochalox has issued this comment on her behalf: "Miss Mochalox is neither admitting or denying her position on the supposed incident Thursday night. She only wants to thank her fans and ask for their continued prayer and support through this trying time. She'd also like to add that there would be no future female cameos with Mocha’s father-group the Verge without a serious legal fight. Mochalox wants Bandbuilder to be clear of this. To Meloh she would like to say she loves him a lot but her lover Pimpn, and her attorney, Shausler will come after him if he tries what he tried again, and he knows what he did. And to her only obsession besides Prince, Pimpn, she'd like to pledge her undying affection and love and has sent a new "baby" to him to keep him company while he's working on his new project. A Guards Red 2005 911 Carrera 4S Coupe with the personalized plates that read: EZPIMPN. Details of Okaypimn's project are sketchy but sources tell us that whatever it is, it sure is funky.” In other news, fellow Verge members PsycoSoul and Black Guitarist are said to have inked a deal with Charlie Murphy and Bobby Brown to co-star in an upcoming reality show on Comedy Network. Sources say the deal may put a halt to the as-of-yet-still-unreleased Verge album. Fans are said to be still holding their breath. More to come as the story unfolds. "Pedro offers you his protection."

Thanks for the vote of confidence and i'm with you on putting the brakes to the bs and gettin' after it. Next week while i'm out on my "BackBreaker Tour" (Amsterdam, Brazil, Thailand and Australia), during the downtime i'll be around the cities auditioning "talent" and scouting locations for the "Pole Slider" video. I'm in the process of having a guitar designed with a special neck for a scene I have in mind that takes place during the climax of my 30 minute guitar solo. It's gonna be great. One favor. Although she's your responsibility now, please keep "off the pole". And to my main man "" , Mr. Wonder's chromatic harp would sure sound good...nevermind, scratch that.
