Go, Brooklyn! (Heads up) If you're in NYC this summer why not check out the Martin Luther King Jr. Concert Series at Wingate Field in Brooklyn. It's "New York City's most celebrated, FREE outdoor music festival celebrates its 22nd spectacular season with some of the greatest names in show business."
Some of the artists scheduled to perform: New Edition-7/12 Stephanie Mills/Freddie Jackson-7/19 The Whispers/The Manhattans/The Delfonics-8/16 En Vogue-8/23 Etc. Okay, the last time I went to one of these The Jimmy Castor Bunch were on the bill! Anyways, once again, it's FREE. | |
