I missed a lot of these as a kid, it's cool to see them. Melba Moore just performed "Don't Rain On My Parade" - I have a whole new respect for the pipes on this woman! DAMN!

I remember running 2 the wrecka stow to buy her ONLY compilation "I'm His Lady! The Very Best Of Melba Moore" after watching a re-run VERY old interview of her from Dick Clarke's show.

Her voice is pretty Broadway-ish which is the reason why she's not that appealing to the record companys. Altho she seemse to me like a top-notch to Mrs.Biggs AKA Patti

Anyway, my fave songs from her are the ones with Kashif
