Anyways, if the guy does not know his funk, compilations might be the best way to sample the sound of more than ONE band.

I can especially recommend the Mastercuts Classic P-Funk compilation, as Prince stole some things from certain songs featured on that album, which is fun. It also contains loads of songs Prince bopped his head to, I am sure.

Now stop whining.
